Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully as once your order is placed we are unable to change or cancel it. There are no exchanges or refunds for change of mind, however if the item is damaged or faulty upon receipt we will happily replace the item. Faulty items must be reported within 5 days of receipt via email ( Items must be returned unused, unworn, in original packaging and with original tags.

You may request a size exchange. Size exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receipt of the item via email ( and all return shipping costs will be at your own expense. Please use the size guide and how to measure chart provided. If you are still unsure of which size to order please feel free to contact me (Mae) at for advice.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund/exchange to be assessed and processed. We will send confirmation through to your nominated email once it has been completed. Return shipping costs are not eligible for refund unless the garment/item has been deemed faulty. 

Some items are non-refundable/changeable. These items include swimwear, lingerie, jewellery, make up and any other items that state otherwise. If these items are delivered to you and are faulty or damaged then you may request a refund or replacement. Standard refund/replacement procedure applies.



It is stated throughout this website that our garments are made to order and that the turn around time is between 10-15 business days before your item is posted, therefore no cancellation of orders will be accepted and no returns are accepted due to change of mind (as stated above).
